We are looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for handling accounts payable, tracking investment timelines, providing monthly investment statement reports, and reconciling accounts. You will work closely with external CPAs for year-end audits and will also be tasked with some basic financial reporting for the partners.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process accounts payable invoices

• Monitor investment timelines

• Prepare monthly reports on investment statements

• Reconcile accounts as required

• Deliver basic financial reports for partners

• Collaborate with external CPAs for year-end audits

• Ensure accuracy of data entry

• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for bookkeeping tasks

• Manage month-end close procedures

• Oversee accounts receivable and payroll tasks.• Proven experience in Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Skills in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Bank Reconciliations
• Demonstrated knowledge in Bookkeeping
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Knowledge of Payroll processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
