Bilingual Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working on behalf of a construction organization in Downtown Phoenix. This company is in search of a full time Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will be primarily supporting the HR department. The schedule is Monday-Friday and has either a 6am, 630am or 7am start time. The hourly rate is 19/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with scheduling, organizing, and maintaining employee records
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Provide bilingual support to staff, ensuring clear communication between English and Spanish-speaking employees
  • Help coordinate and prepare HR-related documentation, including employment forms and reports
  • Assist with onboarding and employee orientation processes
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the HR department

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both written and verbal communication)
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
