Administrative Assistant - Full-time with Benefits Lifesteps, *a local nonprofit organization with its central office in Butler, PA, is seeking a full time * Administrative Assistant to support the Compliance department. This role works a normal schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday in the Butler office. Under general supervision, performs a variety of administrative and office support functions; creates and maintains reports, records, files, and coordinates activities related to department work processes. The incumbent will be required to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the department's goals and objectives in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner. QUALIFICATIONS: *Required * High School Diploma/GED Two (2) years of administrative support experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Current driver's license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle Preferred Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field *Generous benefit package * including medical, vision and dental, paid vacation, birthday, holidays, personal appointment and sick time.
