Selectek is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant  to assist our client’s procurement. The primary duty of this role will include creating and maintaining documentation for Logistics Specialists for equipment coming to jobsites from both domestic and international sources. Their logistics team needs help inputting data into SAP for a large influx of orders over the next six months. They would love to find someone who has some logistics/shipping background.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Input data into the SAP Loads 30 system and internal Access database in preparation for logistics and site review • Input data into SAP to prepare Packing Lists for each shipment • Coordinate with QA regarding shipping releases • Coordinate printing and shipment of equipment tags as required for the logistics process • File all documentation up to and including Proof of Delivery per established filing system per project • Demonstrate a commitment to safety • Please note the duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list and could change with or without notice. Required: High School degree or GED 2+ years Administrative Assistant experience in logistics/shipping SAP Proficiency Microsoft Office suite software proficiency Preferred: Familiarity with equipment logistics and shipping Sponsorship:  No, not open to this.
