In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities:JOB DUTIES
Marketing Support:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase Spears & Co brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage compelling content (i.e., photos, videos, written content, etc.) on-demand for various platforms (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) for weekly Open Houses, recent sales, new listings, available rentals and other items as needed.
- Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries across social media channels in a timely manner.
- Analyze, review, and monitor social media metrics and trends to optimize campaigns and track performance, keeping Spears & Co. on the cutting edge of social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing initiatives. Main point of contact with the marketing team.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Broker, Office Manager, and other team members as needed (i.e., placing “For Sale” signs, event planning, errands, etc.)
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage inquiries from clients and provide basic information about our services, listings, agent information, etc.
- Assist with answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel. Respond to inquiries for listing information, home showings, rental showings, and rental availability. Enter new rental prospect information and schedule showings.
- Relay messages and information to team members promptly and accurately.
- Assist with managing the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Coordinate with front office staff to ensure front desk and phone coverage during rental showings, appointments, etc.
- Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor in all client interactions.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies (i.e., cleaning supplies, paper, ink, snacks, etc.) Re-stock supplies when needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication within the office.
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within the real estate industry (2+ years preferred). Be prepared to provide examples of your work.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, technology in general, and computer equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
