Primary Skills: SQL-Expert, R/Python-Advanced, Data Modeling-Intermediate, Visualization-Dashboard-Advanced, Data Workflow - Advanced Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12 Months Location: San Francisco, CA - 94107 (Hybrid) Pay Range: $97.40 - $101.40 per hour Job Summary: As a Data Insights Analyst, you will leverage first-party platform data to generate actionable insights, supporting the Legal, Public Policy, and Communications teams by transforming data into compelling narratives. Key responsibilities include analyzing trends for external communication, deriving insights for legal/regulatory requests, and developing data workflows and visualization tools. You will play a crucial role in crafting stories from complex data sets tailored to a diverse range of audiences, driving internal decisions and enhancing our external platform story. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute data analyses to create insights for external communication and support internal decision-making. Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and data querying tools to facilitate meaningful data access and insights. Translate data into actionable, compelling stories for the Communications, Legal, and Public Policy teams. Respond to ad hoc data requests to support local and international storytelling to meet Communications goals. Identify and implement opportunities for scalable insight workflows and tools to advance data analysis capabilities. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (R or Python). Strong skills in data analysis/modeling and visualization techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for diverse audiences. Industry Experience: Experience with marketing, communications, sales, or legal/public policy is preferred, highlighting the need to adapt technical data insights to consumer-facing narratives.
