In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in establishing and refining our analytics capabilities, focusing on recruiting and organizational metrics to drive strategic insights and decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a knack for digging into data to uncover insights, and possesses a strong ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards aligned with company objectives and team goals. Conduct ad-hoc analyses, benchmark our metrics against industry standards, and provide actionable insights across all people team functions. Design and implement effective measurement systems, explore hypothetical scenarios, and refine programs based on analytical findings. Collaborate with IT, business analytics, and data engineering teams to enhance data acquisition, security, and reporting mechanisms. Elevate the people team's capabilities in data visualization and storytelling to better leverage data-driven decision-making. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel. Strong experience in data analysis and visualization tools. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. Industry Experience: Prior involvement within a People Analytics team is highly desired, as is experience in fast-paced environments analyzing multifaceted data sets. Background in economics, statistics, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field is a plus.
