Accounting Supervisor Job at Century Group in West Hollywood

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $60 to $65 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accuracy and providing training opportunities.
• Manage maintenance of payment processor accounts.
• Oversee daily reconciliations of credit card, virtual wallet, and non-cash payments, verifying accuracy between internal systems and processor reports.
• Generate monthly reports for management and monthly bank reconciliations, quarterly breakage entries, and collaborating with external consultants on unclaimed balances. ???????
• Manage monthly bad debt allowance and chargeback analysis, distributing reports to stakeholders.
• Create schedules to support internal and external audits (SOX, financial, sales tax).
• Develop and deliver ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office(Excel, accounting software's, and database)

Experience:

• Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Effective communication is essential for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
