Century Group is hiring: Accounting Manager in San Fernando

Century Group is partnering up with a family-owned real estate company out in San Fernando Valley. They are looking to bring on an Accounting Manager to their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $50 per hour.

Job Description:

• Responsible for input, maintenance, production, and integrity of financial and property management data
• Make all accounting entries as needed on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Generate and collect tenant billings and statements
• Review and interpret lease agreements
• Prepare internal books for tax filings in timely fashion (monthly/quarterly/annually)
• Process bank reconciliations

Requirements:

• Strong presentation skills (Excel, Yardi, other as needed)
• Efficient communication skills

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience and experience in Real Estate
