Skillset / Experience:
- The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Manage scheduling for company executives Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief Product & Strategy Officer
- Maintain the executives' appointment schedule(s) by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and tending to logistics of meetings.
- Attend meetings and take notes.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
- Compile, prepare and submit expense reports.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality, use discretion and good judgment to handle C-level matters.
- Provide complete administrative support.
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
- Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside of normal business hours.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
