We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Lead to join our team and help us ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. **Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee detailed inspections of components and assemblies throughout the production process. - Manage Material Return Authorizations (RMAs) to ensure timely, accurate processing, and communicate findings to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, Proposition 65, CMRT, etc.) through audits, documentation, and staff training. - Develop and implement quality control procedures, processes, and test methods/inspection plans to meet internal and customer requirements. - Perform inspections using tools like Micrometers, Calipers, and CMM Machines, and ensure accurate documentation of inspection results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend production improvements and address product defects. - Assist with Statistical Quality Control projects, root cause analysis, and product audits. - Provide guidance and training on quality control measures and support continuous improvement efforts. -Document nonconforming outputs clearly and accurately. **Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience in precision inspection and quality systems in a manufacturing environment. - Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDandT) and use of Measurement and Test Equipment (MandTE). - Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards, with experience in managing regulatory compliance. - Former lead or supervisory experience preferred. - Skilled in reading blueprints, plans, and 2D/3D models. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform basic physical tasks. **What We Offer: - Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning. - A collaborative work environment that values safety, quality, and innovation. - Competitive salary and benefits.
