SUMMARY: Inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support year-end physical inventory. Experience in warehouse operations and attention to detail are required. Familiarity with NetSuite WMS is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform regular cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and update records in WMS.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in maintaining organized warehouse stock.
• Communicate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Report counts results and discrepancies to management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two to three years’ related experience in Warehouse & Inventory Environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
