We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. Position offers a starting salary range of $98,500 - $126,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical expertise in integrating equipment, systems, materials, facilities, and processes into a cohesive, cost efficient, and productive manufacturing system.
- Support manufacturing departments as required with tools, fixtures, shop aides, etc
- Evaluate current manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities. Recommend process changes and coordinate the implementation of these changes into production
- Review new or revised product offerings and identify production requirements. Suggest product design modifications where applicable. Make new /modification of existing equipment recommendations as part of the review process
- Maintain plant layout for area. Develop alternative layout solutions to improve process flow, material presentation, material delivery, etc
- Lead and manage manufacturing engineering projects from concept to implementation.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes through PFMEA and DTNA lean concepts
- Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Update electronic standard work instructions to clearly communicate process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and production staff.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, process improvements, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where failing fast is encouraged

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
