Inside the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and project management. This role involves leading complex engineering projects, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Position offers a starting salary range of $98,500 - $126,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical expertise in integrating equipment, systems, materials, facilities, and processes into a cohesive, cost efficient, and productive manufacturing system.
  • Support manufacturing departments as required with tools, fixtures, shop aides, etc
  • Evaluate current manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities. Recommend process changes and coordinate the implementation of these changes into production
  • Review new or revised product offerings and identify production requirements. Suggest product design modifications where applicable. Make new /modification of existing equipment recommendations as part of the review process
  • Maintain plant layout for area. Develop alternative layout solutions to improve process flow, material presentation, material delivery, etc
  • Lead and manage manufacturing engineering projects from concept to implementation.
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes through PFMEA and DTNA lean concepts
  • Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Update electronic standard work instructions to clearly communicate process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and production staff.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, process improvements, and performance metrics.
Knowledge You Should Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where failing fast is encouraged
