Inside the Role
As part of the newly formed Truck Technology organization, The Integration and Coordination team is critical in both the upper left and right sections of the "V" model software development process and be the single point of communication between the global software development team and the regional vehicle platform engineering teams to develop the best in class commercial vehicle features and customer experience. This role will interface with Product Strategy and end user customers to translate market needs into technical requests. This role will also be responsible for regional release of electronic hardware, software and configuration parameters into Freightliner and Western Star production application IMACS and be the first point of contact for software issues from manufacturing. This position will be part of a team of regional engineers responsible for integration of all Truck Technology Software for domains Active Safety, Driver Experience, Vehicle Controls & Upfit, and Powernet & Architecture. This individual will design and release per serial logic and ensure successful Vehicle Electrical Programming (VEPs) of HiL, Test Trucks, and all production vehicles. The ideal candidate should be excited to be part of a key contributor to fulfilling Truck Technology Software team's vision of world-class truck features.

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
