Duties and Responsibilities
- Under the direct supervision of experienced engineering staff, duties of this position include assisting in the operation and maintenance of all boilers, HVAC and related equipment, as well as general maintenance on campus, as needed.
- Performs duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Minimum of a High School diploma, GED or trade school diploma, zero-one year of related experience and be an active member of the IOE, Local 399 Engineer apprentice program.

Qualifications
- Must be a current member of the International Union of Operating Engineers-Local 399 Engineer Apprenticeship program.

Certificates/Credentials/Licenses
- Must be enrolled in apprentice program through IUOE Local 399.
- Must maintain good standing with IUOE Local 399 throughout employment
