Electrical Foreman

Job Summary:
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for managing all on-site activities of commercial electrical projects. This includes safety, scheduling, and daily construction tasks. This foreman should be prepared to work along side his crew when needed and train/mentor younger mechanics and helpers/apprentices.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of commercial electrical experience; at least 2 years of job site management
- Uphold the Moore's business mission through teamwork and servant leadership
- Maintain the company image by putting out a quality product on time
- Receive, read, and become familiar with copy of job specifications, blueprints, and job contract; know all contract and code requirements for projects
- Consistently and regularly plan the installation in strict conformance with contract requirements and in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure that projects are done per specifications and design from Project Manager or Project Engineer
- Provide a safe job site at all times
- Responsible for mentoring and coaching of field crews including disciplinary actions
- Do material takeoffs as requested as well as complete all required paperwork and/or forms on the job site
