Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is now hiring Electrical Foremen for our Projects Division in Blacksburg, Roanoke, and surrounding areas. Moore's Project Division supports commercial and industrial projects.
The Electrical Foreman is an essential part of our success in electrical system installs on our customers' projects. The Foreman provides guidance and instruction to helpers/apprentices to help further their successful growth in the electrical trade.

The Electrical Foreman is an essential part of our success in electrical system installs on our customers' projects. The Foreman provides guidance and instruction to helpers/apprentices to help further their successful growth in the electrical trade.
Desired skills for this role include:
- Supervise personnel completing electrical projects
- Assigning tasks, inspecting electricians' work, monitoring team performance, reading blueprints, making sure quality standards are respected, and handling customer relations
- Experience in cutting, bending, threading and running 1/2" & 3/4", 1" electrical conduit materials
- Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
- Pulling electrical wiring through electrical conduit.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Hooking up/terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.
- Ability to instruct and teach the above tasks.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Computer and Technology understanding
- Journeyman or Master card
