What began as a pair of blenders, a patio table, and a fridge has flourished into a 200-unit operator and franchisor of the leading fast casual restaurant concept.

What You'll Do:
- Assist Manager in overseeing all marketing, catering & events for Playa Bowls Boston-area locations.
- Must have a car and ability to drive to and execute on events (including set up and break down).
- Assist Manager in tracking all in-bound/out-bound events, sponsorships, festivals, etc. Expect to be onsite to assist in preparation and execution.
- Assist Manager in tracking all catering (ezCater and in-store) inquiries, orders and requests. Expect to be onsite to assist in preparation and execution.
- Assist in tracking all store-level fundraisers and donations.
- Assist in tracking our local-level Playa Bowls Athlete program.
- Coordinate with management and individual stores on event staffing, product management, catering orders.
- Coordinate with our Social Media Manager on upcoming events, giveaways, and other promotions.
- Focus on outreach for catering and events, building on a master contact list.
- Hold team accountable for excellence in product quality, consistency and execution, speed of service, cleanliness and maintenance, and customer service.
- Foster Positive Energy in the work environment to accomplish business results (increased customer counts, increased sales, and increased profits).
- Meet quarterly financial and operational targets.
- Previous experience (and/or degree) in marketing or event coordination
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- An effective communicator and a team player
- The ability to pitch in where needed and able to do what it takes to get the job done
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and an enthusiasm to grow with us!
