Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing –

  • Collaborate, develop, implement, execute and manage marketing and communication strategies that support business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Lead market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation and ROI tracking for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Evaluate opportunities to create and expand brand presence on local, regional and national levels.
  • Generate digital presence strategies across multiple brands.
Communication – internal and external communications
  • Creates and executes a regular internal communication publication calendar that uses distribution of internal emails, texts, digital and print newsletters announcing provider, divisional and company news and initiatives
  • Creates and executes a regular external communication publication calendar that uses distribution of corporate website blogs, press releases and industry & trade media relations to promote the corporate brand, reputation and goals.
  • Drive content creation efforts across websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and partnerships.


Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a hands-on approach, eager to engage across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with DTC and social media digital campaigns (healthcare environment heavily preferred)
  • 3rd party vendor identification and management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to thrive in a rapid pace environment
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
Position Qualifications
  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: 6-9 years’ minimum experience in healthcare public relations and/or comprehensive marketing.
