Role and Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing –
Collaborate, develop, implement, execute and manage marketing and communication strategies that support business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth.Lead market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.Oversee marketing budget allocation and ROI tracking for campaigns and initiatives.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and communications.Evaluate opportunities to create and expand brand presence on local, regional and national levels.Generate digital presence strategies across multiple brands.Communication – internal and external communications
Creates and executes a regular internal communication publication calendar that uses distribution of internal emails, texts, digital and print newsletters announcing provider, divisional and company news and initiativesCreates and executes a regular external communication publication calendar that uses distribution of corporate website blogs, press releases and industry & trade media relations to promote the corporate brand, reputation and goals.Drive content creation efforts across websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and partnerships.
Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive self-starter with a hands-on approach, eager to engage across all levels of the organizationExperience with DTC and social media digital campaigns (healthcare environment heavily preferred)3rd party vendor identification and managementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareAbility to thrive in a rapid pace environmentOrganized with attention to detail.Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publications.Excellent interpersonal skills.Position Qualifications
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Business Administration or related fieldExperience: 6-9 years’ minimum experience in healthcare public relations and/or comprehensive marketing.
