Under the supervision of the Onboarding Manager, the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting with management of the full recruitment cycle by partnering with the HR Recruiter, Onboarding Manager, hiring managers, and interviewers to execute a best-in-class candidate screening, interview and hiring experience. The person would support the recruitment team in all phases of the hiring process to include sourcing and evaluating candidates, scheduling assessments and interviews, and overseeing hiring paperwork. The Recruiting Coordinator will establish seamless operational flow within recruitment and ensure great candidate experience. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally well independently or with a team.
WORK PERFORMED:

  • Support Recruiting team and assist with recruiting processes, including sourcing, posting open positions, reviewing resumes, and updating ATS.
  • Facilitate candidate testing and assessments.
  • Gathering interview availability for candidates and internal managers and schedule onsite interviews with hiring managers
  • Coordinate reference check process.
  • Maintain metrics for Recruiting including weekly/quarterly reports for distribution. Update/monitor recruitment reports using data from internal ATS systems.
  • Oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates.
  • Planning and implementing special projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Onboarding Manager and/or the Director of Human Resources & Staff Development.

Other incidental and occasional duties which are reasonably within the scope of this position may be assigned or required by the supervisor, particularly during urgent situations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 (two) years of relevant professional experience; or associate degree plus four (4) years of relevant professional experience or high school diploma plus six (6) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Prior experience with ATS is a plus.

The position is Monday-Friday onsite in our office in Rockville, MD
