Job Title: Business Development Specialist / Business Development Executive
Location: Bethesda, MD
Experience Required: 1+ Year with core Healthcare Clients
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day onsite, rest of the week remote)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and building new business opportunities within the Healthcare domain for recruitment and staffing services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and implement sales strategies to attract new Clinical/Non-Clinical/Allied healthcare clients i.e. VMS, MSP, Direct Clients, Hospital chains, Payer organizations etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Work onsite one day a week to engage with the team and clients, while managing remote work effectively for the rest of week.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year's of experience in business development with in the healthcare staffing or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing/recruitment market and clients need.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Specialist with own contacts/leads in Healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
