A rapidly growing healthcare firm specializing in the continuum care of Health Recruitment for placement of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Nursing, Allied Health, and Executive Leadership professionals of all specialties on a nationwide level.

The Business Development Executive's primary responsibility is to foster, maintain, and develop new relationships with healthcare clients. You will serve as the main point of contact between the organization and the clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare professionals. The Business Development Executive will primarily work directly with facilities an estimated 75% of the time and foster growth on the VMS, which is about 25% of the time.

Business Development (75%):
  1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and enhance business development strategies.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business partnerships.
  6. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  7. Maintain, grow, and develop strong relationships with existing healthcare client accounts.
  8. Perform outreach and cold calling/emailing to prospective potential new healthcare clients.
  9. 50+ phone calls a day and or 2 hours of phone time per day.
VMS Account Management/Growth (25%):
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned VMS accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with VMS clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
  4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to VMS clients.
  5. Take candidates through the entire process from submittal to end placement on company VMS systems.
  6. Educate Team of Recruiters on each VMS and communicate strategic key points, position requirements, etc. to the team.
Internal Recruitment Support: (Will fluctuate % of time as much as needed to ensure the team is full of talent)
  1. Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for internal positions.
  2. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract top talent.
  4. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  5. Do whatever it takes to get strong recruiter personalities into PHR.
  6. Assist in Training/Orientation Process / Creating training materials/processes.
Additional Responsibilities:

Fluctuate based on the true needs of the company, additional operational functions/tasks/projects when needed.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven track record of success in business development and account management roles, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  3. A strong understanding of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and experience managing VMS accounts is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  7. Previous experience in recruitment is required.
