Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Restoration and Mitigation Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in general restoration estimating. Familiarity with Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Mobile Claims, Symbility, and various TPA programs is highly beneficial but not required. We provide training to help you excel in these programs.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates for restoration and mitigation projects.
Utilize software such as Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Mobile Claims, Symbility, and various TPA programs.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of estimates.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and vendors to address their needs and provide updates on project status.
Maintain detailed records of estimates and related documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in general restoration estimating is a MUST
Familiarity with Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Mobile Claims, Symbility, and TPA programs is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
PAY IS DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL
