Think Tell is looking for an energetic and organized Entry-Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events. This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the success of various events. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and company gatherings.
- Support event logistics, including venue setup, equipment arrangements, and material preparation.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event participants to ensure smooth operations.
- Help manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Coordinate event schedules and timelines to meet deadlines.
- Provide on-site support during events, handling registration, troubleshooting, and guest inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Enthusiasm for events and strong problem-solving skills.
- Competitive hourly wage: $23 - $30 per hour.
