Xamin is seeking a sales professional capable of owning the entire sales cycle; from prospecting and qualification to setting meetings and follow-ups to presenting and closing the deals. They should have a deep understanding of sales processes and a disciplined work ethic while able to align technical services, concepts and products to client needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts within assigned territory (Upper Midwest; IL, WI, IN, IA, OH, MI, MN)
  • Conduct personal outreach to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media
  • Collaborate with lead generation partners, attend tradeshows and events, and leverage website referrals to generate new leads
  • Recognize client requirements and propose project and managed-service agreement solutions
  • Create and conduct presentations with prospective client decision-makers to showcase the value proposition of our solutions, support, and company experience
  • Close profitable new business that aligns with company strategy and capabilities
  • Work closely with the company's Leadership and Engineering teams to develop customized solutions that address customer requirements
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close opportunities and achieve revenue targets
  • Provide accurate sales plans, forecasts and activity reports to sales management
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience (Experience serving Community Banks, Wealth Management, Healthcare, Manufacturing a plus)
  • Preferably located in IL or WI
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth
  • History of exceeding sales targets in a service-driven B2B environment, preferably in an IT or similar technical industry
  • Strong prospecting habits and skills - including the ability to independently generate leads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Able to conduct engaging group presentations and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical staff
  • Utilize company subject matter experts in building compelling presentations
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM to manage sales pipelines and track business development activities
  • Ability to travel approximately 5-10 days/month (client visits, industry conferences, etc.)
  • Comfortable with hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office)
  • Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus bonus structure
