Your Role as an Estimator As an Estimator, you’ll be at the heart of our project planning, preparing accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals for commercial and industrial projects. You’ll also: • Review and evaluate requests for estimates with a focus on timeliness and precision. • Prepare bids from conceptual stages, design-assist, or detailed plans and specifications. • Overlay drawings to identify scope changes using Bluebeam. • Provide cost-saving ideas and analyze bid packages for accuracy and completeness. • Develop cost breakdowns in Conest , considering materials, labor, subcontractors, and more. • Build strong client relationships by communicating project scope, negotiating pricing, and ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications: What You Bring to the Team • Proficiency with ConEst and Bluebeam. • Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team. • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial/industrial projects valued at $3 million or more. • Thorough knowledge of the electrical field, including materials, construction methods, and the National Electrical Code (N.E.C). Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 yearly

Compensation:
$80,000-$125,000 per year
