A little peak behind the curtain on the team:

We are a mighty but small marketing team working to support the organization by bringing in net new leads and nurturing our existing customer base. Our team has the flexibility to be very hands-on, so you will have a direct hand in influencing marketing tactics and organizational success. You'll also be able to learn from your team members and leaders in various businesses under the Volaris Group umbrella.

Core Responsibilities:

The work hours range from 20 to 29 per week, depending on the hired individual's availability.

    • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to create, implement, and execute FacilityForce's marketing strategy.
    • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media, landing pages, LinkedIn, and Google ads.
    • Collaborate with several cross-functional teams, such as sales, professional services, product management, and customer care team members, to deliver consistent messaging and branding across all activities and departments.
    • Work and partner with third-party vendors (Design, Content, Digital consultants/agencies) to ensure consistent branding and digital requirements.
    • Assist in the execution of digital events - virtual event platform set up, landing pages, emails, and maintaining of attendee data
    • Assist in developing regular marketing reports
    • Currently enrolled or possess a Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other relevant post-secondary education
    • Detail-oriented and analytical
    • Ability to manage multiple projects (strong project management skills)
    • Comfort with light copywriting/copyediting (A major asset if you enjoy copywriting!)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Comfortable with technology (i.e., "Tech savvy")
    • Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) Certification; Hubspot (preferred), Pardot, Marketo, etc
    • Experience with CRM platforms - namely Hubspot
    • Basic HTML knowledge
    • Experience with graphic editing software/tools - Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
    • Event experience - in-person and/or virtual
    • Develop your marketing skills in the direction you choose
    • Work with the world's largest and premier research/education institutions
    • Work within a Constellation Software business unit. Constellation Software is Canada's largest technology company, trading under CSU on the TSX (this includes a vast network of peers to work with and learn from).
