DEPARTMENT: People Experience (Gillis Campus)
Starting Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (Annualized), depends on education and experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates closely with the Chief People Officer, Director of People Experience, and People Experience Managers on recruitment and retention efforts. Collaborates and works closely with Agency management and other areas of People Experience to ensure timely hiring, onboarding, and a positive experience for new team members. Sources candidates through referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues. Generates and maintains internal and external job postings. Oversees the postings of advertising for open positions and manages social media career page posts. Assists creating requisitions, monitoring, and updating status as needed. Works with hiring manager to create interview guides. Maintains current file of interview guides and resource documents. Assists with screening and assessing candidates as needed and assists in creating and monitoring offer letters. Creates and distributes tasks and material through HRIS system to new hires. This position will also facilitate general People Experience duties.
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass background check and drug screening
- Possess a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance
