DEPARTMENT: "Collaborative Leaning" (Multiple Locations)

Starting Salary: $17 - $21 (Hourly)

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Learning Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Collaborative Learning Team in regard to internal and external training and training compliance. The Learning Coordinator will have excellent technology skills, customer service abilities, and attention to detail. This role will be responsible for, but not limited to, assisting in tracking, monitoring, and reporting key elements of training requirements and contracts for internal and external audits. Prepares and distributes promotional material, course rosters, invoices, correspondence, and training certificates for Learning Partners. Tracks participant registration and payment for continuing education courses. Assists in preparation of training materials, supplies and meeting space. Manages registration table during training events. Plans for training space, meals, travel, and lodging in support of learning sessions. Maintains the Cornerstones of Care Learning Management System including assigning new employees and annual learning paths, course details, class information and class completion and ensures accuracy of training records. Serves as an administrator on other Learning Management Systems team members are required to utilize, assisting in course entry, reporting, and support of team members. Tracks training materials and reorders as needed, Generates the slide deck for monthly meetings, compiles monthly reports for Collaborative Learning and generates presentation materials.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a high school diploma. Expertise in Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs utilized for developing charts, graphs, and other visual aids. Must have strong customer service skills and teamwork. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
