Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skill Talent Sourcer who will collaborate closely with senior management and hiring teams, playing a key role in developing and executing our hiring strategy and establishing a robust candidate pipeline to support business growth. This position offers an entrepreneurial approach to building a new talent network for our high-demand operations.
The Talent Sourcer will support the rapid growth of our residential home investment business. This role is integral to sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. As a buyer of homes for renovation and resale, our business revitalizes existing residential properties to provide affordable, renovated homes to new homeowners.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000, plus an annual bonus.
Responsibilities
1. Driving Results
o Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates, particularly for critical roles within the business.
o Understand the business' talent needs & identify ways to enhance recruitment processes to improve quality of hires.
o Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with company standards.
o Say abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
2. Strategic Thinking
o Partner with senior leaders to execute an effective recruiting strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals.
o Synthesize candidate and market data to make well-informed recommendations on hiring practices.
o Request for referrals from current workers and external networks.
o Ability to handle confidential information and have the judgment to escalate issues when appropriate.
o Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
3. Leveraging Technology
o Help implement and continuously improve our (ATS) applicant tracking systems and recruitment management platforms.
o Work to enhance KPI monitoring and reporting for the recruitment function.
4. Collaborating & Influencing
o Engage with multiple stakeholders using strong listening and communication skills.
o Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
o Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
o Serve as the point of contact for leadership and hiring team on recruitment updates, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
• Education: BA/BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field, preferred.
• Experience: Proven 3+ years' work experience as a Talent Sourcer or a similar role. Preferred experience with sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates in the construction or real estate industry, or high-volume hiring environments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential candidates, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations.
• Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work variable and flexible hours.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in iCIMS or similar ATS, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
Reporting Structure:
The Talent Sourcer will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership across multiple markets, including Dallas-Ft. Worth, Atlanta, Orlando, Cincinnati, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and other key operational areas. The role will support various functions, including construction, project management, and operations, to ensure the business' talent needs are met.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATION
• SHRM CP/SCP preferred.
• PHR/SPHR preferred.
