Required Qualifications:
(as evidenced by an attached resume) Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Two years of full time experience with candidate/talent sourcing or recruiting experience. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.). Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, online databases, and social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in Human Resources or a closely related field. Professional work experience as a talent sourcer or in a similar role in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Experience using Taleo or Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sourcer to join our dynamic team. The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our organization. This individual will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to fill positions across various departments. To be successful in this position, strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively are needed. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including but not limited to, online sourcing, social media recruiting, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential candidates, build relationships, and effectively communicate the company's value proposition and opportunities.
Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate fit and interest in the position.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and analytics to track sourcing metrics and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand talent requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and share insights to improve recruitment processes.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and identify new sourcing channels.
Other duties or projects as assigned as appropriate to rank and departmental mission.
Special Notes: This is a full-time appointment. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Minimum salary threshold must be met to maintain FLSA exemption.
