Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025. Travel %: 10% Pay: $119,000 - $205,850 What You Will Do The Senior Marketing Manager, Future of Self Care will join our global team. This is an important role that will fuel growth and advance the future of our business. This role requires a talented leader with strong business orientation, creative thinking, and agility to navigate through ambiguity while seamlessly leading broad cross functional teams across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with Business Development, Venture Investments, Kenuve leadership, and local/regional leadership teams. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and advancement of an externally-driven innovation pipeline that will fuel both core need states and future core categories. With a deep understanding of the Self Care consumer, innovation landscape, and need state strategies, this leader will provide clear, strategic briefs to internal and external partners to guide their continuous scouting and landscaping. Key Responsibilities Create and develop mid to long-term innovation roadmap for both new and existing Need States Define and stand-up new platforms and business models for growth Translate Self Care business needs into a clear, actionable briefs for inorganic partners across Ventures/BD to enable identification of strategic growth opportunities Lead a cross functional team across R&D, Business Development, Consumer Business Insights team, Medical & Regulatory, and global/regional marketing leadership to screen and validate innovation opportunities through an external/inorganic funnel Assess and diligence innovation opportunities on consumer/commercial potential, business model fit, and overall strategic fit Partner with Business Development in the pursuit of licensing & acquisition targets Proactively manage the portfolio of Self Care equity investments by, where possible, creating in-market collaborations to maximize value, de-risk the opportunity, and determine if there is a viable path to onboarding Serve as the outside eyes and ears for the franchise through a relentless external focus and bring forward important learning across consumer, category, technology/innovation, and competition What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications A BA/BS degree is required. MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 8 years work experience. Experience in business development (pursuit of licensing & acquisition targets) A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in setting a vision and executing in a similar integrated leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization Demonstrated expertise and successful track record in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment; Successful partnership with key cross functional groups including R&D, BD, Finance, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, etc.is required. Experience in providing marketing thought leadership-taking consumer insight and using it to drive thinking and good decisions. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to facilitate alignment across groups/regions. Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions. Strong curiosity and creative drive to support new ways to solve undefined issues. Ability to travel up to 10% internationally Desired Qualifications: Innovation experience and direct involvement leading global product launches is preferred. Prefer Consumer Healthcare (Self Care) and Supplement experience. What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
