Position summary:
The Senior Manager, Global Integrated Marketing position will drive the development and execution of all strategic Go To Market plans for Calvin Klein— owning the day to day planning and internal alignment with key global and regional cross-functional teams through to execution. In partnership with Creative, Social/PR, Marketing Operations, and regional and licensed marketing teams, this role will support the development of cohesive channel communications and go-to-market strategies in support of the Director!
Primary responsibilities/accountabilities of the job:

In alignment with strategies set forth by the CMO, support the development of cohesive full-funnel marketing plans seasonally, from partnership with global Social, PR, Media, Brand and Creative teams to drive brand energy and relevancy to collaboration with regional marketing and commercial teams to fuel consumer consideration and demand.

Establish strong relationships with key partners throughout the organization to inform ongoing planning and business/brand alignment.

Strategic lead in developing and maintaining seasonal global marketing plans to drive global & regional brand and business goals

Own the development of the Global Brand Marketing calendar – collaborating with cross-functional teams to build out cohesive owned/earned/paid communication plans seasonally.

Own Quarterly Marketing Directives.

Collaborate with regions on inventive, on-brand and relevant executions on all global strategies and regional priorities within each market.

Establish value propositions and brand engagement through all stages of the consumer purchase cycle.

Support the tracking against seasonal plans – including global/regional planning, reporting and share-out with cross-functional teams.

Support business and marketing analytics for all initiatives, challenging cross-functional teams to deliver against key KPIs

Partner closely with Creative team to ensure channel planning needs, asset requirements and delivery time timetables are achieved.

Build strong partnerships with key media, platform, intelligence and technology partners to continue to develop innovation and excellence for the brand within the industry.
Qualifications & experience:
Experience :
7-8 years of Marketing experience in the execution of full funnel owned, earned, and paid marketing plans.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required

Resourceful and proactive, with strong organizational/project management skills and a keen attention to detail.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Experience with owned, earned and/or paid media, brand and digital marketing.

Analytical, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data.

Passionate about fashion, art, pop culture and global events!

Ability to quickly absorb the brand and aesthetic.

High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Drive suite. Keynote experience a plus.

Internal: Global Integrated Marketing and CMO (Corporate/Internal Comms, PR/Influence, Talent, Brand Experience, Social Media, Creative, Licensed Marketing, Marketing Operations); Regional Marketing teams (North America, EMEA, APAC)
External: Agencies, Media Partners, Vendors
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience leading a direct report.
Budgetary responsibilities:
Support the management of marketing budgets under the Global Integrated Marketing umbrella.
Decision making:
Support the Director in the decisions related to day-to-day management and optimization of seasonal marketing strategies and execution; solving problems by providing creative solutions and driving continual efforts to maintain Calvin Klein brand standards
Resourcefulness/creativity:
This role is highly creative in the development of consumer marketing strategies and its implementation across the multiple teams and functions.
Environment:
The environment is very fast-paced and deadline driven but maintains an encouraging and team-oriented atmosphere. Travel as needed.

Pay Range:$115,000 - $150,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
