Learn more about CCC at .The RoleWe are seeking a Director of Inclusion and Talent Acquisition to spearhead our initiatives in building an inclusive workforce. This pivotal role will involve the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent from varied backgrounds, ensuring our organization embodies a culture of equity and belonging. This role will partner with leadership across the organization to embed inclusive practices in all aspects of recruitment and in our talent system.Key Responsibilities:Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Philanthropy:Responsible for the continued enhancement, implementation, and execution of the Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) and Philanthropy strategy.Partner with senior leadership to embed IDE principles into core business strategies and employee lifecycle processes.Partner with the People Analytics team to identify and track measures of success and impact of IDE and philanthropic initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on progress and areas for improvement.Work closely with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), the Diversity Advisory Council (DAC), and internal stakeholders to promote cultural awareness and inclusion efforts.Provide thought leadership on our ESG strategy and supplier diversity. Identify key partnerships with non-profit organizations and community groups to enhance the company’s social impact in alignment with our business strategy.Create opportunities for employee engagement in philanthropic efforts through developing CCC’s signature initiative, volunteerism, and responsive community service.Talent Acquisition:Responsible for the continued enhancement, implementation, and execution of the Talent Acquisition strategyLead the talent acquisition function to attract and engage exceptional talent to drive CCC’s success and bringing best in class recruiting processes and practices to the tablePartner with the People Analytics team to establish KPIs and success metrics.Continuously improve upon our inclusive hiring processes, ensuring an unparalleled candidate experience and operational excellence.In partnership with Marketing, develop and enhance our employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing to promote CCC as a top employer.Partner with the business, finance, and HRBP’s on workforce planning.Utilize data-driven insights to monitor recruitment performance and address potential biases in hiring processes.Ensure all recruiting activities comply with local, state, and federal regulationsLeadership and Collaboration:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals (direct and indirect reports) focused on inclusion and talent acquisition.Serve as a strategic advisor on diversity, inclusion, and philanthropic initiatives, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership and HR teams.Act as a change champion, leveraging CCC’s change management tools and methodology.Collaborate with external organizations, thought leaders, and advocacy groups to advance IDE, Talent Acquisition, and philanthropy initiatives.Represent the company at relevant industry conferences, events, and meetings, showcasing the organization’s commitment to diversity, talent acquisition, and community engagement.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in inclusion, talent acquisition, and philanthropy or corporate social responsibility (CSR).Previous experience leading and developing other leadersProven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity, philanthropic, and talent acquisition strategies.Experience in tech recruiting, diverse talent sourcing strategies, and employer branding is preferredProven experience in designing and implementing executive recruitment strategies.Proven experience working with external organizations, thought leaders, and advocacy groups to support initiatives in Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE), Talent Acquisition, and Philanthropy.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.A data-driven approach to measuring success and refining strategies.About CCC's Commitment to Employees:CCC Intelligent Solutions understands that our employees play an integral role in our vision to shape a world where life just works.
