CORG Management Group is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent with a strong background in mechanics, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to oversee our construction and maintenance projects.
Job Summary:
The Construction Site Superintendent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction and maintenance projects within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction or facilities maintenance, with expertise in mechanics, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:

Plan, coordinate, and manage construction and maintenance projects from inception to completion.

Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Technical Expertise:

Utilize extensive knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC to oversee project execution.

Conduct inspections and assessments to identify and address issues.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes.
- Team Coordination:

Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
- Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Procure materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.

Extensive experience in commercial construction or facilities maintenance.

Strong background in mechanics, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.

Proven track record of successful project management.
