Job Title: Experienced Commercial HVAC Salesperson

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including various types of equipment and their applications. With a proven track record of success in HVAC sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify and target new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions, considering factors such as building size, layout, usage, and budget.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design customized HVAC solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, including equipment specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates, to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, building owners, contractors, and developers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to continually enhance sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth transition to installation and service teams.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, with a demonstrated understanding of various HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, water source heat pumps, self-contained units, cooling towers, and boilers.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing sales, and exceeding revenue targets in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex HVAC concepts and specifications to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet timelines.
