Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K Summary OneStream is seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) with a background in corporate performance management, identity access management, and software platform development. The GPM will lead a product team focused on a specific group of products and may manage other product managers. Responsibilities include market research, strategy development, product usability, stakeholder research, user story mapping, and detailing product requirements. The GPM collaborates with the senior product team to translate strategy into execution. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and execution of the Product roadmap features for the in-scope product(s). Contribute to the design & development of the short- and long-term roadmap for the in-scope product(s). Present the domain product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders. Analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions. Conduct competitor analysis and market research translated to business and technical requirements. Influence leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Provide cross-functional leadership to Development, Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Product Management teamsto ensure the deliver software features that consistently exceed stakeholder expectations. Provide mentorship to Development, Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Product Management teams. Lead and direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence. Manage and grow a team of Product Managers while helping them to reach their potential in their domain. Execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment where growth is constant. Participate in stakeholder interviews to identify and prioritize new feature requirements as needed. Work with internal and external customers to collect feedback and requests, empathize with their challenges and opportunities, and prioritize roadmaps to optimize results. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to understand market changes and trends with customers & prospects. Manage the analysis, organization, and regular ranking of work items with Product Managers and Business Analysts in the enhancement request system. Become immersed in the full development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, working with developers, quality analysts, designers and others. Assist with the delivery of documentation and training materials to inform relevant stakeholders of new features. Enable and educate Training, Customer Support, Presales, Sales, and Marketing on new offerings.
Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology or similar. 10+ years of experience that includes Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Product Management with a focus on Lifecycle Management, Identity & Data Management, solutions delivery, business analysis, training, and documentation management. 3-5 years' hands-on technical experience with lifecycle management use cases for CPM applications including changes to:
SaaS environments. Identity Management. Data transformation rules & integration. Managing dimensionality, hierarchies, and attributes. Cube & model structure / metadata design. Consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning.
3-5 years' experience managing Product Managers and/or Business Analyst delivering customer focused products, crafting product roadmaps and product strategy.
Preferred Education and Experience: Business analysis skills related to interviewing stakeholders, detailing requirements, seeing a feature through and enablement skills such as feature documentation. Experience working in an Agile development process a plus. Experience with authentication and cloud computing. Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel and Visio with exposure to SQL Server and VB.NET or similar. Experience with CPM applications such as:
OneStream. Oracle DRM, DRG, OEMM. SAP MDM, MDG. Other CPM, ERP, and EDM solutions.
