P&G is looking to add a market-focused Enterprise Architect to our Enterprise Architecture and Integration organization (EA&I). This role will help define the IT Architecture strategy for our North America (NA) Market team and engage with them on their priorities. In this role you help continue to establish key data standards and apply enterprise level platforms and patterns to enable the business priorities for the North America market. Your input and expertise will drive the NA Retail Strategy forward.
Responsibilities: Drive the end-to-end architecture with the NA Market team on key business priorities and the related outcomes. Lead regular data & application portfolio reviews with Market leadership. Engage with the broader Enterprise Architecture network to bring relevant domain experts to assist with market priorities. Serves as a practitioner of data architecture, by designing, creating, deploying, and owning an organization's data architecture. This includes defining how the data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and run by different data entities and IT systems, as well as any applications using or processing that data in some way. Creates data models, qualify application data models, data dictionary/metadata catalog, data sourcing and staging strategy. Drive End-to-End data integration for the Market within the enterprise and the key external partners. Ensure the architecture supports the near term and long term functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with key leaders and team members with the Market Ops, Enterprise architecture and other relevant organizations to drive the architecture forward. Job Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Demonstrable experience as a Business Solutions Architect or similar role. Background with roles in engineering/development, solution architecture, and/or data architecture. Previous hands-on experience with database design and data modeling in a cloud environment in Azure, GCP, or AWS (Azure/GCP preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. What we offer:

Starting Salary: $150k-$207k/year
