Excel Hotel Group is a fast growing hotel ownership, development and management company focused on creating an atmosphere where superior quality and service is the standard. Our portfolio includes Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, Best Western, Hyatt and Wyndham properties.
RESPONSIBILTIES: • Liaison with brand marketing representatives to ensure active participation in all brand sponsored promotions and advertising campaigns. • Responsible for social media posts and analytics on behalf of company as well as tracking responses and follower engagement. • Responsible for creating promotional materials such as brochures/flyers/ads as well as sourcing and ordering other promotional items. • Select photographers within brand guidelines, and coordinate photo shoots. • Update and maintain hotel websites including descriptive content, landing pages, promotions, photos, and other items. Improve organic search results through SEO. • Ensure third party websites/OTAs feature current and accurate content and photos. • Assist with reputation management and responding to reviews on sites such as Trip Advisor. • Assist with search engine optimization and provide reports on website activity and performance. • Assist with press releases and email campaigns when needed. • Serve as a resource for the researching and prospecting of qualified new business leads via Internet, media, directories, referrals and other resource material. • Keep an inventory at each property as to what marketing materials are needed and stay within Marketing expense budgets. • Organize, file and retrieve documents in appropriate computer files or binders in order to maintain essential records used in the department operation. • Represent the company in public affairs in the surrounding community.
EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION: • Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Comparable video and photo editing software.
