JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion specialist to join our team as a Solution Architect. The successful candidate will spearhead the design, execution, and upkeep of Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions tailored to our organization's evolving needs. This role demands extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion FIN and SCM modules, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of Oracle PaaS components.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Engineering: Craft comprehensive solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion modules to address business challenges, ensuring adherence to industry-leading practices and benchmarks. Technical Guidance: Serve as the technical authority throughout project lifecycles, from initial requirement analysis to final implementation and ongoing support. System Adaptation: Tailor Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business needs, utilizing both native functionalities and custom developments as appropriate. Systems Interfacing: Architect and implement connectivity solutions to bridge Oracle Fusion with diverse enterprise platforms, including eCommerce systems, HCM tools, SalesForce, and various third-party applications. Legacy Data Transition: Orchestrate the migration of data from existing systems to Oracle Fusion, guaranteeing data precision, consistency, and thoroughness. System Enhancement: Diagnose performance issues and fine-tune Oracle Fusion applications to boost efficiency and scalability. Technical Writing: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, encompassing solution blueprints, setup guides, and system architecture schematics. Team Synergy: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including business partners, development staff, and infrastructure experts, to deliver top-tier solutions within prescribed timelines and budgets. Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and offer support to end-users and technical teams on Oracle Fusion SCM applications and associated technologies. Compliance Assurance: Establish robust security protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline 8-10 years experience Oracle Fusion certification is highly desirable Demonstrated track record in architecting and deploying Oracle Fusion solutions within complex enterprise settings In-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, including but not limited to: Financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects. Supply Chain modules: Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement. Proficient understanding of Oracle PaaS components, particularly Oracle Integration Cloud and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Familiarity with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation frameworks, such as AIM or OUM. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
