Role Summary
The
Manager, MDM Data Stewardship , is responsible for developing and managing the day-to-day data stewardship processes for Servier U.S. enterprise MDM environment. Servier is seeking a Data Steward with the ability to navigate complex systems and has a strong data and analytical background. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a growing and dynamic business environment, takes pride in maintaining data accuracy, and operates with a strong attention to detail, in delivering up to date MDM data for enterprise systems, reporting and analytics.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Enterprise Data Strategy team, the Manager, MDM Data Stewardship is responsible for supporting ongoing data quality and data management initiatives for Servier U.S. Manage data resolution activities, develop SOPs, develop work instructions, interacting with customer master data tools, and communicating with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders about ongoing data quality and data management issues. Match review and cleansing of HCP, HCO, affiliations, and address data from Servier's customer master data sources. Proactively recommend data cleanup suggestions to ensure integrity of data. Proactive research of customer data using databases, searches, and outbound calls to healthcare practitioners and organizations where necessary. Develop processes and documentation to standardize the stewarding of data across the organization. Develop standard operating procedures, work instructions, and documentation related to data stewardship activities. Assist in ad hoc data cleanup projects and matching/merging of data in customer master and CRM. Consolidate duplicate records and ensure all required identifiers are listed on the consolidated records. Address field force data change requests and assist with Data Management functions within the team. Organize and analyse data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality for use establishing MDM golden records and single version of the truth reporting. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various system releases. Education and Required Skills:
Minimum 5+ years professional experience is required; pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, make connections for greater understanding, and draw insights from data. Well-versed with Pharmaceutical healthcare datasets is highly preferred. Experience in Customer Master and data analysis, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/ Health Industry Professional and Organization customer data (Veeva HCPS/ HCOS data), is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task and transition between assignments quickly. Self-motivated, a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess the ability to manage simultaneous projects, prioritizing based on business criticality/needs, in a demanding environment Proficiency in Veeva, Power BI, and MS Office, Travel and Location:
Boston-area onsite, 2-3 days in the office preferred. Travel
