Role Summary The Senior Manager, IT Application Management, Digital (IT Digital Lead) will be responsible for driving and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the company. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of digital and marketing technology (MarTech) solutions that enhance business processes, improve customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital technologies, and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry. This position will interface with externally facing functions such as Brand Marketing, Medical Communications, and Patient Office. Primary Responsibilities Manage Servier’s portfolio of web and omnichannel assets and capabilities. Oversee the implementation and management of MarTech platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms, to optimize marketing campaigns and customer/patient engagement strategies. Collaborate with functional leads and creative agencies on new initiatives. Conduct regular reviews of existing sites for SEO and SEM effectiveness. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable plans. Engage with and manage relationships with technical and vendor teams to deliver quality solutions. Ensure all digital and MarTech initiatives comply with industry regulations, including data privacy and security standards. Stay current with emerging digital and MarTech trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application within the company and pharmaceutical industry. Education and Required Skills Proven experience (5+ years) working in a technical, digital role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry and/or agency experience supporting such industries. Bachelors degree preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce.com Platform, with MarketingCloud or ExperienceCloud a plus. Familiar with SEO and SEM best practices. Experience with personal and non-personal email campaign execution. Familiarity with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault a plus. Travel and Location Located in Boston area, reporting to Seaport office 2-3 days per week. Limited travel required.
