Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our office! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities Our Graphic Designers work independently, partnering with other Designers and Marketing professionals to understand and translate the client's vision and design a variety of deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Develop graphic covers, templates, layouts, and supporting graphics for marketing pursuits Create presentations, aerial map exhibits, and multimedia graphics Create tailored, print and digital brochures as well as conference/event graphics Design digital campaigns for external recognition/pursuits Thrive as part of a large, creative, and specialized marketing team Partner with engineers, project managers, and technical staff Serve as a brand advocate for Kimley-Horn and the client's visual guidelines Qualifications
2+ years of corporate and/or agency experience Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or similar Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite (Kimley-Horn is a PC-based company) Ability to use InDesign software for layout of complex documents Strong verbal and written communication skills A positive, collaborative, solution-seeking attitude, and a high sense of personal responsibility Desire to learn new skills, manage tasks and teams, participate in process improvement Flexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours as needed Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle simultaneous, varied assignments while providing consistent quality and accuracy Willingness to travel in support of remote projects and teams
