We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Integration Developer with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and a proven ability to design, develop, and support integration applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the utility industry, supporting Work Management Systems (WMS) for assets, and utilizing integration tools such as BizTalk. This role requires bi-weekly reporting to the New York City office and offers the opportunity to work on impactful utility industry projects, leveraging advanced integration and database technologies to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development and Support:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using Oracle PL/SQL, BizTalk, and UNIX shell scripts. Implement ETL processes to ensure seamless data exchange between enterprise applications, such as WMS, Oracle CIS, GIS, and Designer XI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate utility systems for improved data flow and business operations. Work Management System (WMS) Integration:

Support and enhance integrations with WMS for asset management, ensuring data consistency and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WMS integrations and workflows. Database Management:

Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, functions, stored procedures, and triggers to support integration and application needs. Design and maintain database schemas, table partitioning, and indexing for performance optimization. Perform data validation and ensure the integrity of enterprise data across systems. Middleware and Application Integration:

Utilize BizTalk for enterprise application integration, including designing workflows and managing message processing. Develop APIs and web services to enable communication between internal and external systems. Leverage middleware platforms like WebSphere MQ for reliable data delivery. Technical Leadership:

Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on integration best practices. Lead technical discussions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. Document integration workflows, system configurations, and data mappings for ongoing reference and support. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

Analyze and resolve complex integration issues, including those related to WMS, CIS, GIS, and other enterprise systems. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to ensure system reliability. Utility Industry Expertise:

Work on utility-focused projects, including WMS asset tracking, compatible units, GIS integration, and reporting solutions. Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with industry standards. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with BizTalk for integration workflows and message processing. Familiarity with Work Management Systems (WMS) for assets and their integration into enterprise systems. Proficient in ETL processes, data migration, and data integration tools. Experience with middleware platforms, such as WebSphere MQ, and API development (REST/SOAP). Strong UNIX/Linux shell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Oracle 19c/12c, SQL*Loader, and database design best practices. Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong documentation skills to create detailed technical and user documentation. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines. Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience in the utility industry, specifically with WMS, GIS, and asset management workflows. Familiarity with applications like Oracle CIS. Education and Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certification in Oracle PL/SQL or BizTalk is a plus. Work Requirements:

Bi-weekly reporting to the NYC office. Availability for after-hours support when required to ensure system reliability and uptime.
