Job Description:

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. Our work depends on a C4I Senior Systems Administrator joining our CNIC Applications Support team which provides system administration and development/maintenance support of Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) C4I application.

HOW OUR C4I SENIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Sr. System Administrator for C4I, FIM, and MIM applications.

Responsible for implementation, management, maintenance and issue resolution of C4I web-based applications within a DoD Data Center.

Maintain compliance with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) and directives.

Maintain 20 C4I servers in three SharePoint farms in three environments

Maintain 8 FIM/MIM Servers in four SharePoint farms in two environments

Quarterly STIGS

Install/test Patches (ad-hoc & monthly)

Server/User Account management

Address/Respond to C2SOC data calls

Ensure List Views are within List View Threshold in SharePoint

Assist C4I Application owners and the CNIC Tier-1 team in resolving various configuration and access issues for C4I users in SIPR and NIPR

Maintain VMware Tools on C4I servers

Coordinate with SDP via IssueTrak tickets

Troubleshoot/resolve SharePoint Content issues

Manage Windows/SharePoint installations

Maintain server certificates

Maintain Z-Zip and Notepad on all C4I servers in QA, Prod, and SIPR

Update email templates

Maintain C4I configurations for different Organizations

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Security Clearance Level: Active Secret clearance with completed T5 Investigation

Required Experience:

8 years of relevant IT experience

Experience designing, executing, and maintaining VMware ESXi virtual environments.

Strong analytical and organizational, problem-solving skills

Required Certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE

Education: BS Degree or equivalent Computer Science or IT related degree

Location: Remote

US Citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $101,566 - $135,605. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
