Construction Laborer at Aerotek in Nampa, Idaho, United States Job Description Construction Laborer $20.00-$23.00/hour Caldwell, ID We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers with previous experience in laborer, construction, or manufacturing roles. As a Construction Laborer, your role will involve manufacturing a wide variety of concrete columns for bridges, drainage, erosion control, retaining walls, sanitary sewer systems, and storm-water management products at a production site in Caldwell. You may be assigned to either our production or finishing departments. Production tasks include constructing wooden supports, tying/securing rebar, setting rebar cages, and pouring concrete. In the finishing department, you will smooth/sand concrete imperfections to improve shape and imperfections. Our current projects include building concrete columns for the Micron project and a forthcoming bridge project.
