Construction Laborer / Concrete Laborer - IMMEDIATE HIRE at Aerotek in Caldwell, Idaho, United States Job Description We are seeking dedicated General Laborers with previous experience in laborer, construction, or manufacturing roles and will be capable of working both independently and within a team setting. As a General Laborer, your role will involve constructing a wide variety of bridges, drainage, erosion control, retaining walls, sanitary sewer systems, and storm-water management products. You may be assigned to either our production or finishing departments. Production tasks include constructing wooden supports, tying/securing rebar, setting rebar cages, and pouring concrete. In the finishing department, you will smooth/sand concrete imperfections to improve shape and imperfections. Our current projects include building concrete columns for the Micron project and a forthcoming bridge project.
