The Managing Senior Director of Annual and Individual Giving is responsible for overseeing the annual and individual giving team, as well as managing a portfolio of prospective benefactors. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and direct engagement with high-potential donors to drive significant contributions to Froedtert Hospital and MCW. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of fundraising strategies, and a proven track record in donor relations and portfolio management. Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop the annual and individual giving team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and fundraising targets. Implement best practices and innovative strategies to enhance team effectiveness and donor engagement. Strategic Philanthropy:

Develop and execute comprehensive annual and individual giving strategies to meet or exceed fundraising goals. Oversee the creation and implementation of tailored solicitation plans for individual donors and key constituencies (grateful patients, alumni, community members, etc.). Portfolio Management:

Manage a portfolio of prospective benefactors, including annual and individual giving donors and high-potential prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key donors through personalized communication, stewardship, and engagement activities. Identify and cultivate new prospects through creative entrepreneurial efforts, strategizing and executing plans to secure significant financial support. Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with other departments, including marketing and events, to integrate fundraising efforts and maximize donor engagement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals and priorities. Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and analyze fundraising performance metrics, preparing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies and enhance fundraising outcomes. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities:
