THE ROLE: Associate Inside Client Manager

Job Summary:

As an Associate Inside Client Manager (ICM) your primary role is to manage the sales operations process for your assigned accounts across multiple regions and support other ICMs as assigned. You will interact with Account Managers, ICMs, vendors, and customers to maintain ongoing business in the IT infrastructure services and products space, providing direct sales support. This position requires partnering with various internal teams and adapting to the unique needs of customers across different geographical areas.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as an internal point of contact for customers, working with ICMs and Account Managers to provide timely, region-specific support with a sense of urgency proportionate to customer needs. Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries with accuracy and integrity, including quoting, billing, sales, and technical support, and see issues through to resolution. Onboard and setup new customers or customer affiliates. Attend customer meetings to strengthen existing relationships, forge new relationships to better understand customer objectives, and participate in the close-out of purchasing activities. Create and verify quotes, confirming discounts align with sales expectations. Understand and apply proper customer pricing to quotes. Delegate customer report requests, run-rate quotes, and order entry to appropriate internal resources. Maintain Salesforce account data integrity to ensure customer account, contact, and project information is accurate and up-to-date. Participate in forecasting and prospecting for run-rate business to understand future financial trends and opportunities in the run-rate space. Work with Solution Architect to build Bills of Materials that meet customer requirements. Work with multiple distributors/vendors to obtain quotes. Engage the Quote Specialist team to support this activity as appropriate. Manage the registration process to ensure the best pricing possible for both Presidio and customers with input from the Account Manager and leveraging the Deals Desk. Manage the order processing workflow and complete sales order creation and case requests, including any required approvals in Salesforce (i.e., warehouse storage, advanced order, PresFunds, etc.). Monitor the status of all orders from initial purchase to delivery to client. Provide and update specific client weekly reports to reflect status of all orders from date of purchase to delivery. Leverage appropriate resources and tools for data collection and report generation. Request RMA's when needed and follow up until RMA is completed and credit is applied. Participate in sales operations meetings and training sessions as required. Understand and follow sourcing guidelines and policies. Keep up to date with internal processes, policies, and industry developments. Provide backup coverage to other team members as required. Additional responsibilities as required.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in sales quoting. Flexible schedule to assist in resolving high-priority issues during peak periods. Proficiency in the English language and reading comprehension. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and online sales and quoting tools. Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space. Strong understanding of the sales cycle process across multiple regions. Excellent customer service skills with a continuous service-orientation focus.. Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization, especially when dealing with geographically dispersed teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks across regions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience. 0-2+ years of experience in sales support and/or customer service with exposure to multiregional operations, preferably for a technology channel sales partner.
